Private Voice Instruction
$70 per hour

Study privately
with Lisa Matsko Hamilton, one of the premiere South Bay voice
instructors. Music theatre, pop, and classical styles. Select
songs from our extensive music library. New technology!
All warm-ups and accompaniments are now recorded directly onto
CD! Current students are performing on Broadway and in
national tours of shows such as
Hairspray, Happy Days, Mary Poppins, 13, Grease, Big River, Little Women, Ragtime,
The Lion King, 42nd Street, Rent, and
Phantom of the Opera. Other students have graduated from
such prestigious arts programs as those at UCLA, University of
Michigan, Boston Conservatory, NYU, Julliard, AMDA , USC, Point
Park College, Emerson College, Pace University, UCI, Yale
and Northwestern. Lisa Matsko Hamilton received her MFA in Music
Theatre at the University of California, Irvine, and has also
studied at the University of Redlands and Syracuse University.

MUSIC THEATRE AUDITION WORKSHOP

Offering you the keys to a successful music theatre audition!
This course is a great introduction for newcomers to music theatre
and an excellent way for experienced professionals to return
to the basics and re-examine their auditioning skills, while
adding to their audition repertoire. Headed to a college conservatory?
Use this class to prepare your audition material.

MUSIC THEATRE MASTER CLASS SERIES

A Broadway veteran for the last 10 years, learn from one of
New Yorks best! With shows such as Little Women, Urinetown,
The Full Monty, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Kismet, A Little Night
Music, Forbidden Broadway, A New Brain, and The Thing
About Men to name a few, Danny Gurwin has hands-on experience
working with some of the New York Theatres most accomplished
directors, choreographers, designers, and actors. Students will
work every session you bring the material to start and
we will build your course!
Ages: High school and up.
Tuesdays, January 19 - February 23, 7:00 - 9:30 pm
Both classes will culminate in a simulated in-house audition
before a panel of industry professionals. Participants will
receive an invaluable critique from each panel member and a
copy of the DVD of the entire audition process. Nail your next
audition: don't miss this class!
In-House Audition for both classes on Saturday, February
27, 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Cost for either workshop, $315
(Includes a $20 charge for a DVD of the In-House Audition.)

PRIVATE ACTING
